Sara Hinske
Sara Hinske is the legal assistant for Attorney Timothy Hogan and an invaluable member of the Hogan Eickhoff team. She has been working in the legal field since early 2017. Sara’s primary responsibilities include assisting Attorney Hogan with reviewing discovery, maintaining client contact, trial preparation, legal research, and drafting documents. Sara’s dedication, organization, and outstanding problem-solving skills make her irreplaceable. Sara also trains new support staff, assists all other attorneys when needed, and doubles as the office IT specialist. She is also known as the office “go-to girl,” as when anyone in the office has a question, Sara is the one they turn to.

Michelle Brahe
Michelle Brahe is the Certified Paralegal to Attorney Eric Eickhoff and is from the Appleton area. After high school, Michelle continued her education at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she majored in History with a minor in Sociology and Social Justice with an emphasis in Prejudice and Discrimination, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in 2015. After Michelle’s husband left the Marine Corps, Michelle went back to school in 2017 and obtained a Post Baccalaureate Technical Diploma at NWTC in Paralegal Studies. While in school and prior to joining our firm in June of 2020, Michelle gained experience in various types of law. Michelle has been a part of the Wisconsin State Bar Association since July 2022. Michelle is passionate about being a part of the Hogan Eickhoff team and has become the main contact for potential clients because she believes every client and case is unique and deserves a passionate legal team to support clients throughout the legal process. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys and friends. She loves traveling, hiking, yoga, playing mini golf, being a Gold Package holder for the Green Bay Packers and going to Timber Rattler baseball games.

Sandra Peterson
Sandra Peterson is the legal assistant to Attorney Michael Turner. Sandra brings many years of experience to the firm as she worked for the practice coordinators of the State Public Defender – focusing on complex cases such as homicides, sexual assaults, termination of parental rights and juvenile matters. Sandra is involved in several outreach programs in the community, namely Circles of Support which assists in making a successful transition from incarceration to the community and Loaves and Fishes which is a non—profit organization committed to serving free meals to people in need.

Rebecca Tanner
Rebecca A. Tanner, Legal Assistant for Attorney Danielle M. Gorsuch, brings a wealth of expertise in Criminal Law. Rebecca has an associate degree in paralegal/legal studies from Fox Valley Technical College, which is a testament to her dedication and knowledge in this field. Rebecca helps Attorney Gorsuch with e-filing, conducting discovery, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments with clients, creating case files, trial preparation, and assist Attorney Gorsuch during trial. In Rebecca’s free time, she cares for her family and loves being outdoors.

Abbey Kuzelka
Abbey Kuzelka is the office manager at Hogan Eickhoff. She works in various areas of the firm such as finance, management, and assisting Attorneys and support staff when needed. Her daily tasks include answering phone calls, managing finances, and delegating information. Abbey is currently pursuing her double-major bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance. After graduation, she plans on getting her master’s degree to become a certified managerial accountant and forensic accountant. Additionally, Abbey is an inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
